1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website bibrazemin.center and the services provided by Bibrazemin Center ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Bibrazemin Center provides professional makeup artist services including but not limited to:

• Bridal makeup services
• Special event makeup
• Beauty consultations
• Makeup application lessons
• Color analysis services

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website contact form, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer payments.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund
• No-shows: Full charge applies

3.4 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Skin Preparation

Clients are responsible for arriving with clean, moisturized skin. Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to your appointment.

4.2 Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion.

4.3 Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any health conditions, medications, or allergies that may affect makeup application. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

5. Service Limitations

5.1 Allergic Reactions

While we use high-quality, professional products, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions. A patch test is recommended for clients with sensitive skin.

5.2 Product Guarantees

We cannot guarantee the longevity of makeup application due to factors beyond our control including skin type, weather conditions, and individual activities.

5.3 Color Matching

We make every effort to achieve desired looks, but final results may vary based on individual skin tone, texture, and facial features.

6. Photography and Social Media

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to such photography unless you explicitly opt out. You may request that images not be used for marketing purposes.

7. Liability and Insurance

Bibrazemin Center carries professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bibrazemin Center and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to our services. You may not:
